In love and service,

The group provided all the information on each attachment style in a very clear and accessible way, which I really appreciated; and there was always practical exercises to address each style. I loved how the content was presented in a simple, non-overwhelming way. Doing this work has helped me pause a lot more, consider the whole picture and take responsibility for my own wounding before responding to a situation or a person. It’s been really powerful and enlightening for me.

My husband and I were at a breaking point after 13 years together when we met Rose. We wanted to find our love and friendship again, understand each other, and become a team, but we were on the verge of giving up. After working with Rose, our relationship feels more mature, easier, and we found the love and friendship that had been lost. We are more of a team and communicate in a much healthier way. We have a better understanding of why we are the way we are and it feels possible to get to where we want to be. We thank Rose from the bottom of our hearts. She has truly given us a chance at the rest of our lives together!

Rose gave me the tools I needed to manage my anger and other emotional responses. I am never going to be perfect but working with Rose has greatly improved my marriage and overall family relationships. She offered a refreshing new approach that helped me release relationship patterns that were no longer serving me. Thanks to her help I have a safe relationship with my parents, and have the tools to help my anger issues at home with my family.

Alex

I came to Rose because I was struggling with developing and sustaining romantic relationships where I could feel safe and get close to someone else. She combines both a cognitive (top down) approach with some somatic work (bottom up) and working with her has been so rewarding. I can certainly celebrate many positive changes in my experience of all relationships. Now, I feel much more secure in my relationship with myself which is exactly the “safety” I craved in my relationships with others.

Stephanie

Rose is incredibly compassionate. She helped me become more aware of my thought patterns and emotional responses. This has made a huge difference in the way I relate to my partner and allows me to show up in a way I feel very proud of.
